Please contact our customer service via the chat soon after you’ve made the order, if you want to update or cancel an order. Provide us with the order id and the request. Our customer service normally responds in 24 hours Monday to Friday.

If you want to update your order, please provide us with the coffees or equipment you wish to have shipped too.

If you want to cancel your order, please send us the request to cancel.

If our roastery already sent your shipment, our customer service can’t update or cancel the shipment.
