Your shipment should be shipped from our roastery after 1 to 3 business days. The transit period with the postal service after the shipping from our roastery depends on the country of destination. Read more at our shipping page.
Track your shipment
You’ll have a track and trace sent to you once the coffee or equipment has shipped from our roastery. Simply click the link to the track and trace to see the journey of your shipment. The track and trace may not update before 24 hours after shipping.
PostNord takes care of the standard shipping in Denmark, but PostNord hands the shipment to a local postal service once the shipment has arrived at the country of destination. Therefore tracking options can be limited.
Delays
Please note that La Cabra are not responsible for delays due to our carriers. La Cabra has no control over your shipment, once our roastery has handed the coffee to the postal service. Delays can occur, and we’ll permit up to 10 business days for shipments to arrive from the date of shipment from our roastery. Please wait ’till this period has ended before inquiring about your shipment.
