You can cancel any online order by notifying us via the online chat within 14 days of delivery. Please return product items in brand new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order as per your requirements.

All coffee products and other food items must be returned in a brand new, unused condition, with unbroken packaging. If the packaging of these products is broken, you will lose the right to cancel the order.

Return shipment costs are covered within Denmark. For international returns, the shipment cost is $15.0 / €13.4. This amount will be deducted from your refund once we receive your return shipment.

Please note that original order shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

Items ordered between November 1st and December 31st may be returned for a full refund through January 31st, subject to the regular provisions of this Returns Policy.

This policy applies solely to private customers.
