If you had a product shipped from our roastery with defects, you have to contact our customer support within 14 days of acquiring the shipment.

Defects 

Defects are, for example, a manufacturing or material defect either due to a production related error or due to the shipping and transportation of the shipment.

Complaints

Contact our customer support and provide us with your order id, your email, an explanation of the defect and a documentation of the defect. Our customer support finds a proper solution for you quickly.
