You are able to cancel your subscription on our coffees whenever you want to stop having the coffees shipped to you.
How to cancel your subscription
Simply log into your account at lacabra.com and navigate to the subscription menu. Click manage subscriptions and you’ll find a menu with your active subscriptions. Pick the subscription you wish to cancel and click cancel subscription. You’ll be asked a question about the reason of your wish to stop the subscription and after you’ll soon have the verification of your cancelled subscription.
Please note that if you have had a pre paid subscription you might still have pre paid shipments of coffee planned.
Pausing your subscription
Should you simply wish to pause your subscription for a period, you’re able to skip a single or several shipments of our coffees. Skipping shipments are the equivalent of pausing your subscription.
